This is a small, curated container. Ten women. Real work. The kind of transformation that only happens when the group is intentional and the standard is high.

Inside this container you will complete a 12-week certification grounded in real application, practice live facilitation and receive direct structured feedback, step into four days of in-person immersion in Santa Barbara November 5-8, 2026, and leave with a complete retreat framework including templates, tools, and agreements you can use and refine for every retreat you lead from here.

This is not a course you consume. It's a credential you earn.

When you enroll by September 1, you will also receive a private 60-minute Retreat Design Session with Michelle, valued at $1,500.
