Soul Essence: Wild & Sacred Retreat Participation Agreement
This Agreement is made as of 2026 by and between Participant (referred to as "you," "your," or "Participant") and Michelle Sorro and Michelle Sorro, Inc. (referred to as "Michelle Sorro," "MS," or the "Company"), including their respective officers, employees, directors, members, agents, trainers, assistants, guest facilitators, affiliates, designees, licensees, consultants, and representatives (collectively referred to as the "Company"), concerning your participation in the Soul Essence: Wild & Sacred Retreat (the "Retreat").
In consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein, Participant and Company agree as follows.
Investment
The investment for the Retreat is $3,995.
Your registration is secured once payment has been received by the Company, either in full or through the available multi-payment option of $667 per month for six months.
A non-refundable deposit of $667 is required to reserve your space and will be applied toward the total retreat investment.
Retreat Experience
The Retreat includes immersive workshops, integration ceremonies, sacred plant experiences, meditation and sound healing, feminine embodiment practices, and organic farm-to-table meals designed to support connection and integration.
Specific retreat activities, facilitators, and schedule details may change at the sole discretion of Michelle Sorro and the Company.
Location
The Soul Essence: Wild & Sacred Retreat will take place at a private estate on the cliffs between Cambria and Big Sur, California, from November 12 through November 16, 2026.
The exact address will be shared with registered participants after the deposit has been received.
Travel, airfare, and transportation are not included in the retreat investment.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited number of retreat spaces and the advance commitments required to host the experience, the following policy applies.
The deposit of $667 is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
If cancellation occurs within 31 days of the initial payment, participants may receive a refund of payments made minus the non-refundable deposit.
After 31 days from the initial payment, all payments become non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs after the 31-day window, participants may request a credit equal to the amount paid beyond the deposit that may be applied toward a future Michelle Sorro retreat of equal value within 12 months, subject to availability.
No refunds will be issued for failure to attend the retreat, late arrival, or early departure.
If a refund is approved under this policy, the Company will instruct its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control the processing time of third-party payment providers.
Educational Nature of the Retreat
You understand that the Retreat is an educational and experiential program delivered in a group format.
Not all material presented will apply equally to every participant, and Michelle Sorro and the Company cannot be aware of all personal or professional circumstances of each individual participant.
You are responsible for how you apply any insights, practices, or information shared during the Retreat.
The Retreat may involve self-reflection, emotional awareness, somatic experience, and personal insight. You voluntarily accept responsibility for your participation and for any insights, actions, or emotional responses that may arise, including those related to sacred plant experiences.
You understand that Michelle Sorro and the Company are not providing medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. The Retreat is not intended to replace professional medical, mental health, or therapeutic care.
No Guarantees or Promises
The Company makes no guarantees regarding personal transformation, financial outcomes, business success, or life results from participation in the Retreat.
You acknowledge that no promises have been made, either express or implied, regarding any specific outcome.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily release and waive any claims against Michelle Sorro and the Company arising out of or related to your participation in the Retreat, including claims involving personal injury, emotional distress, property damage, economic loss, or experiences arising from sacred plant participation.
You agree not to bring such claims and release the Company from liability related to participation in the Retreat.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Michelle Sorro and the Company, including their officers, employees, agents, representatives, consultants, and contractors, from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in the Retreat.
Recordings and Media Consent
You understand that the Company may photograph, film, or otherwise record portions of the Retreat.
By participating, you grant the Company permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, statements, and participation in recordings or promotional materials in any format now known or developed in the future.
These materials may be used for educational, promotional, or commercial purposes without compensation.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
All retreat materials, teachings, recordings, and resources provided during the Retreat are the intellectual property of Michelle Sorro and the Company.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use retreat materials for commercial or public purposes without written permission.
Confidentiality
Participants agree to respect the privacy of other participants and maintain confidentiality regarding personal stories, experiences, and information shared during the Retreat.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in San Luis Obispo County, California.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior written or verbal agreements regarding the Retreat.
Participation in the Retreat constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms outlined above.
